What is your return policy for watches?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn timepieces in their original packaging with all tags and protective films intact. Please note that customized or engraved items are final sale.

To maintain accuracy, we recommend wearing your automatic watch daily or using a watch winder. Avoid exposing the timepiece to strong magnetic fields or extreme temperatures, and ensure the crown is fully screwed down before any water exposure.
