At Seiko, we strive for perfection in every timepiece, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Securely pack the watch in its original Seiko presentation box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films.

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
